Our team is composed of two experienced phycisists, Pierre FESSLER and Michel SAINT-MLEUX, associates and co-founders, and a versatile lawyer, Axelle MASSON, associate.

This multidisciplinary aspect allows us to cover scientifical, juridical, international and marketing matters.

Michel Saint-Mleux
» Michel SAINT-MLEUX was born in 1938.

» He has a PhD in electronic and energetic physics (« Hall effect and tunnel diode amplifier ») from the University of Paris.

» Mr SAINT-MLEUX has spent a whole careertime with the CEA (Commissariat à l'énergie atomique), in appointments pertaining to R&D, international relations and CEA director advising. He is at the origin of several inventions and patents.
He is credited with the « Chevalier de l'Ordre National du Mérite » medal on account of the ministry of Defense.

» Co-founder and current manager of SEVIL, he handles the research works.


Pierre Fessler
» Pierre FESSLER was born in 1963.

» He is a physics engineer and a physicist in condensed matter with the Blaise Pascal University in Clermont-Ferrand (first in his year).
He also has a PhD in physics (« x-ray absorption spectroscopy : use of semiconductor detectors, implementation to amorphous oxyde germanium ») and holds a DEA (French research diploma) : « intercation – matter radiation ».
Author of about 20 scientific publications, he is notably known for works on low radiation x-ray picture technologies.

» After a few years spent on scientific resarch with the CNRS (the French national research center) and the CERN (the European nuclear research center), he joined the DGA (an administration of the French ministry of Defense) where he has been holding responsibility appointments in scientific, economic, industrial and strategic sectors.

» He is a teacher for the ENA (the French national administration school) and a government commissioner to the Conseil d'Etat (the French highest Court of justice for administrative law).

Axelle Masson

» Axelle MASSON was born in 1973.

» Completing her public law PhD with the Descartes University – Paris V, the ministry of Defense and the CNRS – the French national research center – (« the institutional frame of European arms programs »), she holds 2 law DEA and a diploma from the Political Science Institute (IEP) in Grenoble.

» She has prior experiences in research and law-related professions, and has also worked with the French military headquarters staff.
She is credited with publications in the specialized press.

» Ms MASSON completes the team and is an associate in the company.
She deals with administrative and juridical matters.
